A bit about the role
Reporting to the Team Leader Conservation, Conservation Team play a key role in supporting the Conservation Unit ensuring we deliver an exceptional service to the community.
What you will deliver
- Taking responsibility for the care of plant, tools and equipment
- Fulfilling daily allocated tasks in maintaining and restoring conservations reserves
- Operating plant such as brush cutters, chainsaws and augers
What you will bring
- A qualification in conservation land management or related discipline with relevant experience; or substantial relevant experience
- Experience working in a team
- Hands on experience in customer service and working in a public environment
- Current Victorian Driver Licence
- A continuous improvement mindset with a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
