Remuneration: Band 4 salary from $75,802.48 per annum plus superannuation and a fortnightly RDO
Location: Hoppers Crossing based
About the role
Due to an internal secondment, we have an opportunity for you to join our Open Space department in a Business Support Officer position.
Reporting to the Area Leader Operations Support, the Business Support Officer will positively contribute to the operational success of the department, through the provision of efficient and effective administration and customer service support to all internal and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time position, but we are happy to discuss any interest in a part time or job share arrangement.
What your day will look like
- Providing professional business administration support
- Providing input and support meet business expectations and department requirements
- Managing the various operational activities and processes related to the unit
- Taking accountability for quality, performance, effectiveness, and timeliness of work outcomes
- Supporting and training others to meet the dynamic administration requirements of the role and business needs
What you will bring
- Strong hands-on experience in business administration support,
- A relevant qualification is desirable
- Experience in providing support to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Oracle applications, TechnologyOne and Objective (highly desirable)
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service with highly developed communication skills
